Multiple Property System – Hotelogix is capable of supporting multiple properties in different time zones, and with transactions in different currencies. More hotel properties can be easily added to ones Hotel profile in the Administration console. Incorporating support for multiple languages is something that is also being worked upon.
Credit card processing and Online payments – Hotelogix is a hotel management system that is well integrated with almost all major payment gateways such as Virtual Merchant, Authorize.net, Paypal etc., thereby enabling direct credit card settlements. Credit cards can be charged from almost everywhere in the system, be it a check-out settlement at front desk, food bill payment at the restaurant or a no show charge. The system acts as a virtual terminal available at all important locations within the hotel.
Unlimited Points of Sale – Hotelogix facilitates the creation of unlimited number of integrated point of sale (POS) terminals for proper management of the hotel’s restaurants, mini bars, gift shops, spas etc. Not only are these point of sale terminals useful in offering direct room-service to the in-house guests, but also allow for rate inclusions from the services and products offered. These inclusions can be clubbed with rooms in order to create attractive promotional packages. The package designer facilitates better management of POS revenues automatically via allocations and postings, with complete control over package profits and losses.
Accounting, third party integrations – Accounting, thitd party integrations such as video on demand, CRM, credit card, EPAB, inventory stock, room key etc. are all under development and will soon be available in Hotelogix.
