Hotelogix has achieved another milestone with the launch of its new, feature-enriched version, Hotelogix 2.0. The launch is a pleasant surprise for our existing customers who are already pleased with the wide of range of unique functionalities that Hotelogix offers. For prospective customers, Hotelogix 2.0 is sure be perceived as the most robust, hospitality segment software with a global applicability.
This upgrade includes some major optimization that we continue to work on, to enhance your user experience, by making Hotelogix faster, and more effective for your operations. The flow of counters has been fine-tuned to ensure a faster and smoother Night Audit performance, amongst other things.
Multi lingual Capability
Hotelogix goes multilingual. This was inevitable; given the vast cultures and regions we offer our services. The new “Hotelogix 2.0” with multilingual support that features will allow setup the system, including the correspondence or auto emails, in the language one choses to. The Multi-Lingual capability enables Hotelogix to get deeper penetration into non English speaking geographies. This starts with English and Spanish for now, but new languages will continue to get added, while we move forward.
Channel Manager
In lines with our commitment to enable every available form of booking medium, Hotelogix 2.0 comes with integrated Channel manager that enables to plug into the worldwide distributions that includes all popular channels like Expedia, Booking.com, TravelEurope, Venere, Agoda, Laterooms and many more. These channels are linked through 2-way XML that automatically help share your availabilities impeccably, through single inventory on Hotelogix, and in real time.
This is in addition to the GDS connect that already distributes the room with complete control, making them bookable by over 550,000 travel agents worldwide, and 1000’s of popular travel portals that form an intrinsic part of the GDS network.
We have also fine-tuned the security feature for PCI compliance, making the process more seamless and convenient for our users while handling online credit card payments on their website, as well as, to process cards on the Frontdesk. We are inching towards the PCI certification, which is again going to help position Hotelogix with more organized businesses.
The release surely takes the product a leap forward and hence it is Hotelogix 2.0. It also matures the product as the release features have the capability to expand horizontally into the market and upsell to the existing customers.
