Hoteliers can now create reservations across all members of a group property with the availability dashboard in the super-admin console. The inventory information is displayed on a grid view, enabling managers to book multiple rooms on the same screen.
Without any external revenue management tools, hoteliers can now arm their properties with dynamically changing rates. Hotelogix’s PMS allows managers to set pre-defined rates for different occupancy levels. For instance, a 10% lower rate can be offered when occupancy is at 70% and a discount of 20% can be set for occupancy levels below 50%. This helps hotels generate more demand during off-peak periods, and earn more revenue when demand is higher.
