Group Reservations – With Hotelogix’s group reservations feature, one can make multiple bookings in a jiffy, both via the Frontdesk or any other interface of Hotelogix, incorporating special discounted prices for the corporate clients and with automatic calculation and accounting for travel agent commissions. The negotiated price as per the business’s source is supported throughout.

Web Reservation Engine – The in-built web reservation engine in Hotelogix enables the Hotel to take bookings for the property directly from the website and provide immediate confirmations, along with updated inventory status. In addition, multiple packages/rates with multiple/single room bookings on different dates are supported as well. You can accept guarantees and credit card payments based on flexible season/rate based booking policies. Furthermore, an automatic user account gets created for editing/adding bookings or for policy based cancellations.

Corporate and Travel agent Console – Hotelogix features an integrated corporate and travel agent bookings console that allows for independent direct dealings with one’s own travel agents and corporate clients at contracted negotiated prices, doing away with staff intervention and facilitating real-time bookings, based on availability.
